Point of Sale - Prevent users from Posting to a Room

We have introduced a new feature that gives you more control over your guests when posting to a room from your EPOS till. If you want to prevent a guest from running a tab to their bedroom, you can now select 'No' from our new option of posting to a room. Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

• Aztec exports - new manual sent option on the Aztec exports page

• Express check-in - Minor updates and enhancements

• Booking importer - Additional validation to prevent import errors

• Two-way link - Minor updates and enhancements to prevent failures

 

Reservation Check-Out Lock:

There are many ways to edit a reservation after a guest is checked out, however, these will be reduced to two single journeys. These two journeys will be adding a new product - to increase the price and applying a discount - to reduce the price.

Furthermore, when a new sale or discount is added to a reservation after it is checked out, the sale date will be recorded as the date of application.
